Module One: What is an Emotion? (7 Video Lessons)
This lesson clears up some common misconceptions about the emotions. And we’ll look at emotions from two different viewpoints: how they feel to us subjectively and what emotions are from the perspective of the Nervous System. This is module acts as the foundation for the rest of the course.
Module Two: Physiological Practices for Emotional Regulation (7 Video Lessons)
In Module Two of The Emotional Mastery Course, you'll be learning simple practices for Emotional Regulation. This part of the course will teach you how to influence your emotions and how to bring your Nervous System out of the stressful “Fight or Flight” mode and into calm “Rest and Digest” mode.
Module Three: The Twins of Emotional Mastery (3 Video Lessons)
This part of the course is the introductory module for learning about the Twins of Emotional Mastery: Emotional Sensitivity and Emotional Responsiveness.
Module Four: Developing Emotional Sensitivity (7 Video Lessons)
In this section of the course, we're going to learn about how to refine our awareness of our emotions and develop Emotional Sensitivity. This means getting better at recognizing and understanding our feelings and being able to resource our emotions as valuable carriers of wisdom.
Module Five: Developing Emotional Responsiveness (6 Video Lessons)
Module Five of The Emotional Mastery Course is all about developing the capacity for Emotional Responsiveness. Emotional Responsiveness is all about getting some distance from the emotions, so that we can respond to our emotions wisely instead of becoming emotionally reactive.
Module Six: The Mind/Body Relationship (8 Video Lessons)
This section of the course is all about developing a harmonious relationship between the Mind and Body. This allows us to orient to our mind and body in a more balanced way.
Module Seven: Primary and Secondary Emotions (5 Video Lessons)
In Module Seven of The Emotional Mastery Course, we’ll be exploring into the difference between Primary and Secondary Emotions and the messages that these two types of emotions tend to communicate.
Module Eight: Understanding Trauma (6 Video Lessons)
This module of the course gives a broad-level understanding of what a trauma is and how the trauma response impacts the Mind/Body system on an emotional and physiological level. And this section of the course shines a necessary light on the topic of trauma that sets up for how to process trauma which is the focus of the next module of the course.
Module Nine: How to Process Trauma (5 Video Lessons)
The final module of The Emotional Mastery Course provides practical tools and techniques for healing from past trauma on the level of the Nervous System. This section of the course gives you practical tools for remaining grounded and emotionally regulated while you gradually re-access unprocessed emotions in the nervous system.

About your Instructor
Hi! My name is Emerald Wilkins and I’m a life-coach and consciousness work facilitator. I’m also the creator of the YouTube channel “The Diamond Net” where I share the insights that I’ve encountered on my journey of self-growth and expansion of consciousness.
When I was a small child, I was significantly more sensitive and prone to panic and emotional overwhelm than the average child… which created many embarrassing social situations.
And after years of feeling totally out of control of my emotions and dealing with the social consequences of this lack of control, I eventually learned to suppress myself and my authenticity. I had only ever experienced my emotional sensitivity as a curse. So, I just thought of my highly sensitive nature as a weakness and as a character flaw to be gotten rid of.
But now after having gone through the learning curve of developing Emotional Mastery, I recognize being a Highly Sensitive Person as one of my greatest gifts that helps me in all areas of my life.
So I’ve created The Emotional Mastery Course to help other Highly Sensitive People to becoming masters of their own emotional state, so they can express themselves authentically and experience their sensitivity as the gift it truly is.
